Acceptance

By using SuitePet.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What SuitePet is

SuitePet is an informational lead-capture site. Visitors submit inquiries about pet-sitting services in the Houston, Texas area, and pet sitters may submit applications to receive those inquiries.

SuitePet does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any pet sitter or other pet-care provider. We make no guarantee of placement, availability, engagement, or earnings to either side. We are not a party to any arrangement between you and any pet-care provider; any agreement you enter into is directly between you and that provider.

Website referrals

SuitePet does not design, build, host, or maintain websites and receives no payment for referrals. Sitters who want a website are referred to independent third-party designers. Any agreement, pricing (including add-ons beyond the advertised starting price), and payment is solely between the sitter and the designer, and SuitePet is not responsible for their work.

Matching priority may consider, among other factors, whether a sitter maintains an active website built through SuitePet's referral.

Acceptable use

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false or misleading information through any form, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or use the Site to send spam, threats, or abusive content.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, code, text, images, and logo are owned by or licensed to Suite Pet and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission. The suitepet.com domain name may be offered for sale separately under the Domain Sale Terms below; that sale does not transfer any rights to the Site's content, name, or logo.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suite Pet's total liability arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, through the Site. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunity.

Tips

Tips are voluntary, processed by Stripe, non-refundable, and do not purchase any goods, services, or rights. Tips support the SuitePet project.

Domain Sale Terms

1. What is for sale.

The internet domain name suitepet.com (the "Domain") — and nothing else. This sale does not include: the website, its design, code, text, images, or logo; any business, brand, or trademark rights; any customer inquiries, leads, or contact lists; any email addresses, mailboxes, or aliases (including contact@suitepet.com and forsale@suitepet.com); any social media accounts; or any hosting, repository, or service accounts. The SuitePet name, logo, and website content are not part of this sale, and no rights to them are granted. After the transfer, the Buyer may not use, reproduce, or republish the SuitePet name, logo, or site content — for example, by putting the old website back up.

2. Price and payment.

The purchase price is $5,000 USD, firm and non-negotiable, payable in full via Stripe Checkout. Your payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; the Seller never sees or stores them. No transfer step begins until payment has fully cleared.

3. Transfer process.

(1) Complete purchase via Stripe. (2) Email forsale@suitepet.com from the email address used at checkout, including your registrar account details. (3) The Seller initiates the transfer — a registrar push or an authorization (auth) code — within 3 business days of cleared payment. Typical completion is 5–7 days after the transfer starts, but timing is controlled by the registrars and ICANN and is not guaranteed. Transfers are subject to ICANN and registrar rules, including any mandatory transfer-lock periods.

4. Buyer responsibilities.

You must have (or create) an account with a domain registrar capable of receiving the Domain, provide accurate transfer details, accept the transfer promptly, and pay any fees your registrar charges for an inbound transfer (which typically include a one-year renewal). The Domain is registered at Cloudflare; a push to another Cloudflare account is typically fastest, but an auth-code transfer to the registrar of your choice is fine.

5. Agreement to these terms.

By clicking the purchase button and completing checkout — including affirming your acceptance via the required Domain Sale Terms field presented by Stripe at checkout — you agree to these Domain Sale Terms. Stripe records your acceptance with the payment.

6. Refunds and cancellation.

If the Seller cancels the sale before the transfer or auth-code release is initiated, you receive a full refund. Once the transfer or auth-code release has been initiated, the sale is final and no refunds will be given, including if you later fail to accept or complete the transfer with your registrar.

7. As-is; no warranties.

The Domain is sold "as is." The Seller makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including regarding the Domain's history, prior use, search-engine standing, traffic, email reputation or deliverability, freedom from third-party trademark or other claims, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for your own due diligence before purchasing.

8. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability arising from or related to this sale is limited to the purchase price actually received. In no event is the Seller liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunity.

9. After the sale.

Until the transfer completes, the Seller may modify, suspend, or take down the website at suitepet.com at any time. Once the transfer completes, you control the Domain and its DNS; any services or content previously offered at the Domain may end without notice.

10. Governing law and venue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this sale will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
