What we collect

We collect only the information you provide through our forms:

• Phone number, if you provide it
• ZIP code
• The contents of your message

If you apply as a pet sitter, we also collect your service area, years of experience, the animals you care for, website, social media, and any other details you choose to share.

We do not collect any other personal information automatically.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to and fulfill your pet-sitting inquiry, to match pet sitters with owner leads, and to respond to website-referral requests. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your request.

Who we share it with

We share inquiry details with independent pet-care providers so they can respond to your request.

If you apply as a pet sitter, we may share your application details with pet owners seeking a sitter as part of matching.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, you can opt out by emailingprivacy@suitepet.com.

Service providers

Netlify processes form submissions and provides hosting and server logs for the Site.

Stripe processes payment if you purchase the suitepet.com domain name. Buyers' payment information goes directly to Stripe and is not collected, stored, or seen by us.

Payments (domain purchase or tips) are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not use any other third-party services that process personal data.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or similar technologies. Netlify may collect basic server logs (such as IP address and request timestamp) as part of hosting the Site.

Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailingcontact@suitepet.com.

Your rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, emailcontact@suitepet.com.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
